Walking for Christine
We are taking part in this walk in support of St Christopher’s Hospice, but more importantly, we are walking for someone incredibly special, Christine.
Christine was one of those people who could talk to anyone about anything,she could quite literally talk us under the table! But more than that, she was kind, warm, and full of life.
Towards the end of her life, Christine was cared for at St Christopher’s Hospice. In what is such a difficult and emotional time for any family, they gave her something truly invaluable: dignity, comfort, and compassion. They didn’t just support Christine, they supported all of us.
We are walking to raise as much money as we can so that this incredible charity can continue to provide that same level of care to others when they need it most.
Christine showed us that kindness always wins. This walk is for her and for every family who will need the support of St Christopher’s in the future.
