Wednesday 16th Apr We’re walking for St Christopher’s in memory of Jennifer, a deeply loved and sorely missed daughter, mum, wife, niece, cousin and friend. St Christopher’s took such amazing care of her before she died from cancer having been diagnosed only seven months previously, she was only 27.
