I’m taking part in the St Christopher’s Fun Walk in memory of my amazing Nan.
If you were lucky enough to know her, you’ll know she was smart, kind, loving, caring and truly one of a kind. She brought so much warmth and love to everyone around her!
Nan spent her final week at St Christopher’s Hospice, where she was cared for with incredible compassion and dignity. The support they gave not only to Nan but to our whole family during such a difficult time is something I will always be grateful for.
So this walk is for you, Nan ❤️
And yes, I promise I’ll wear comfy trainers and drink plenty of water.
