I’ve never raised funds before but losing my dear friend Sally came as such a shocking loss that a group of her friends have been galvanised to raise funds for St Christopher’s Hospice by joining in their annual Fun Walk in Keston.

Sally had been a friend of mine for thirty years through playing  tennis nearly every week and belonging to the PTA’s of our girls schools. She was full of fun and mischief but was also very kind, caring and compassionate and never complained when times were difficult, especially during her all too brief last weeks. 

Any contribution will go towards the wonderful work of St Christopher’s Hospice as we remember “Sunshine Sally“.

It’s great to see our donations mount up as everyone gets the hang of their fundraising page. Our t shirts have arrived and look brilliant and we’re planning to meet at the buddy bench at 11 am on the morning of the walk. 
Looking forward to meeting all out team members on Sunday 10th May and let’s hope for some sunshine on the day!
