In support of an amazing cause
St Christopher’s hospice supported my Nan in her final months of life, her wish was to be at home with as little intervention as possible, St Christopher’s allowed this to happen providing care through visits and ensuring my Nan was as comfortable as could be in her final stages of her battle with cancer.
Thanks to St Christopher’s hospice and their support this allowed family, myself included, to be there by her side as she passed away. Surrounded by those she loved & in the comfort of her own home is what she wanted. We will forever be so grateful for the love and care they so genuinely provided. Not only to my Nan but to us as a family too.
We know we are walking for a good cause through our own experience and hope to raise money to support St Christopher’s to continue to provide the care they give to families and their loved ones.
